Ballinagh Multi-Purpose Hub — Feasibility Study

Testing whether a protected-structure site in Ballinagh can become a viable crafts, arts and climate action hub — and building the business plan and investor case that would fund it.

Four-phase feasibility study for Breffni Integrated CLG on behalf of Cavan Local Action Group, assessing the market, technical and financial viability of the B+F Stores site as a shared space for makers, artists, enterprise, reuse and community use. Produces a Feasibility Report, a five-year Business Plan and an Investor Prospectus, underpinned by a five-year financial model, a Funding Opportunity Register and a Theory of Change. Fifteen stakeholder interviews and a county-wide questionnaire. June 2026 – February 2027.
